Heisei-era Japanese:

激(げき)おこぷんぷん丸(まる) : super angry

It means “I’m so angry” and was often used by high school girls around 2011.
”激(げき)” means intense, and ‘おこ’ is literally an abbreviation for おこる. “ぷんぷん” is an onomatopoeic expression for angry. Maru is thought to come from the anime Ojarumaru. This is a play on words in the Japanese language that has continued since ancient times.
